Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges if you notify us via email at support@diygiftjoy.com.
Please ensure you contact us within 30 days of package delivery (based on the tracking information provided). If the package has been delivered for more than 30 days, we will not be able to provide an exchange service.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges are not available in the following situations:
The packaging is lost, damaged, or opened; received more than 30 days ago; or the item was damaged by the customer.
We need the following information to process your request:
Your order number (which should begin with "CDK"); the email address used to place the order; and the reason for the exchange.
Please send this information via email to support@diygiftjoy.com. It would be helpful if you could also include this information in the returned package so we can verify your order. Without this information, we will not be able to identify and process your order. Please remember to include the return shipping label on your package.
Please note that we are not responsible for any packages lost during the return process.
